REFUND POLICY

We strive to ensure that all deliveries arrive on time and in perfect condition however occasionally a situation can occur where a parcel becomes lost or damaged in transit. 

If you are unhappy with any of our products please return them to The Oyster Shed, Carbost, Isle of Skye, IV47 8Se.  Please email Customer Services on contact@theoystershed.com to confirm return and provide tracking details.   It is the purchaser's responsibility for insuring the returned items and packaging them in their original condition with appropriate tags, protective and if appropriate chilled packaging. 

The Oyster Shed cannot be held responsible for parcels which are not delivered due to incorrect information given by the customer.
